As you can see from the photos, I hung it using two small screw eyes and two screw links. For the sign post, I picked up one of the garden flag stands/holders. It was the perfect width for my sign. I just stuck it in the ground right at the end of the white fence by the mouth of the driveway and called it a day.
Funny story - this sign was actually a Christmas present for my dad. It was only four months late (oops!), but I think it was worth the wait. Here we are after the installation was complete:
