Lovely Links

Happy Friday! How have your weeks been? Any fun activities planned for the weekend? We're taking it pretty easy here, but I'm hoping to fit in a project or two and maybe even take a trip to a pumpkin patch for some fall-related fun...we'll see!

Now onto the good stuff! Time for your Lovely Links for the week.

*As usual, if you like something you see here, please pin from the original source. The link is always right below the photo or in the caption. Give these sites some love! :)

1 | Let's start with an interior design tip for defining a space in a home with an open floor plan: paint a section of the wall! This home office area is positioned in a corner of the living room, but it almost feels like it's in a different room, doesn't it? It's because of that section of the wall that's painted in bold, black and white stripes. Love that idea!

2 | And here's your social media tip of the week: I learned something new that's SUPER handy when it comes to Facebook. Did you know you can save posts to read later? It's essentially like bookmarking them, and this is so helpful for me so that I don't get trapped in a black hole when it comes to reading stuff on FB. When I run into an interesting article or blog post that I want to read, but don't have time to do so at the moment (or I shouldn't be doing so at the moment), I can save it and go back to it when I do have time. Take a look at this screen shot below to see how, and try this link to learn more.

3 | I have loved following along with the total renovation of the Curbly house, and there's a great tour up on the site now of befores, afters and updates! (Complete with sources). It's stunning. Get ready.

4 | I really, really heart this gallery wall make from a Rifle Paper Co. calendar.

5 | Are y'all decorating your front porches for fall? I came across this pretty porch (without a single orange pumpkin in sight!) from Home Stories A to Z. I really like the coastal cottage feel it's got to it.

6 | And lastly, here's a little DIY project for your weekend: a black and white striped table runner made from dropcloth!

Happy weekend everyone!

  2. I read this article. I think You put a lot of effort to create this article. I appreciate your work.
