DIY Upholstered Headboard {Done!}

Boy oh boy am I excited to share this project with you today! I made an upholstered headboard from scratch this weekend! Thanks to all of your wonderful help and encouragement last week on my headboard brainstorming session post, I decided to go for it, trust my gut on the style, and I love it

In today's post, I'm going to share all the pretty "after" photos, and tomorrow I'll break the whole thing down step-by-step, tutorial style. So if you're in the market for eye candy, today's your post, and if you're a DIYer, you'll love tomorrow's post with all the nitty gritty details including some tips and tricks, and a budget breakdown (the whole thing cost less than $100!).

 (*Update: the how-to post is up! Click here for it.*)

So without further adieu, here's my finished upholstered headboard in all it's glory!

What do you think?

Many, many more details to come tomorrow, but if you have any questions/comments in the meantime, lay 'em on me. I'll leave you with a teaser title photo - including a hint on what that pretty fabric is I used for the project. Can't wait to share all about it! Be prepared for a long post :).
